Thermal Imaging

What is it

Thermal Imaging is the production of infrared from which temperature measurements can be made. By detecting anomalies often invisible to the naked eye, thermography allows corrective action to be taken before costly system failures occur.

Why do you need it

Thermal surveys show signs of overheating and excessive heats within the work place more likely during a faulty components/ cable system, prior to the resulting failure. This can be done within business hours and while production is in full flow. Can be used in addition to the fixed wire testing. It can high-light faulty components and cables before it has chance to escalate to a larger problem, or cause damage.

When it need to be done

Although there are no set guidelines for thermal imagining, it is a very precise non intrusive way of having an overall look at the wiring within a building. This service is usually carried out in conjunction with the fixed wire testing
